"And the customer service is a 10/10. I must’ve been driving the seller nuts with my billion questions, but she was so patient, accommodating, and positive. She also updates you through every step of the process so you can make sure the design is perfect before the product is finalized." - Kayla

"I have never ordered anything personalized like this, so I was a bit nervous but, Fatima took care of everything. She made sure to confirm with me on how I wanted the candle done. The package was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and with beautiful and careful wrapping. She also took the time to write a thank you note. You can tell she really cares about her work and her customers, and I am looking forward to purchasing again!" - Peyton

"The rum-spiced eggnog candle smells amazing in the jar! Since this is a gift I will need to order one for myself to smell it lit, LOL. I love that the picture is imprinted on the jar and it’s not a cheap sticker, it’s high quality! The package is cute too, it comes in a burlap sack, and wrapped carefully for shipping. The seller is very responsive and helpful to all questions. I highly recommend this candle shop and will order more candles! Thank you!" -Lorraine
