Please use your contact email below and include your order number if available, preferred scent and delivery date in the comment. Received it as a gift or do not have the order number? Tell us what you know and we will help find the order. Do not include payment details or a full address.

Within 60 days of delivery: one replacement candle per eligible retail order, same personalization and a different available scent. No return required; standard U.S. replacement shipping included. Bulk, wholesale and quoted business orders excluded.
