Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any unused candles (Except for made-to-order and custom products) can be returned for their purchase price but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Little Piece Candle Co. Restocking fees are determined on a case by case basis to cover the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, contact us immediately with photos of your damaged products so we can start a damage claim with USPS.
Personalized items such as custom orders or Bulk/Wholesale orders are final.
Subscription sales, once shipped, are final. Any damaged candles will be replaced by Little Piece Candle Co.
Repurpose & Recycle
Please repurpose our glass jars or recycle them.
Glass is a renewable resource that retains and maintains heat best for dispersing fragrance without the toxic release of metals found in tin containers!
Candle Care
Trim Your Wick to 1/4” Before Candle is Lit Each Time.
Burn Your Candle until Wax Pool Reaches the edge of the Jar to Prevent Wax Tunneling.
Keep Candles Away from Children, Pets, Open Windows, Fans.
Remember to Never Leave a Burning Candle Unattended.
Once your candle has burned down, give the jar a second life by cleaning it out and repurposing it as a planter, pencil holder, or any other item that ignites your imagination.
